Weight management is a life long problem for almost everyone. Some have been more successful with it then others some need to gain weight others need to loose it. The book that is on this web site is for your reading. The knowledge that you gain may be what you need to help you with managing your weight problem. Knowledge is power and the more that you learn about the problem the better you will be at dealing with it.
The book is divided into several chapters I recommend starting at the beginning and reading through to the end. Then go back and re-read what you need to. There is not one book that is everything to everyone, but most books have something in them that will allow you to learn something new that can be useful.
Many of my patients have struggled with obesity as many people in the world have. Some of my patients struggle with malnutrition as well. This book was written for my patients who have had the struggle. The book will tell you stories about some who have been successful with the battle and some who have not. I hope the stories will help you look at issues that may be important to you as well.
I have included some web sites that I think are worth visiting. They range from diet calorie calculations to issues of life after death, exercise and even my favorite hot sauce. Not all the web sites are for everyone, again you may find one of interest.
